Welcome!

I hope that I can share information that will be helpful and uplifting as I share my story with you of my health challenges. I also welcome you to share your stories and insight from the experiences you or your family and friends have gone through. We are blessed with doctors and their specialties, but we have to remember that they are ‘practicing’ medicine and don’t always have the answers. We need to learn to listen to our minds and bodies, share our experiences, and blend this with the information we learn from our doctors.
